This website explains the digital marketing, website and IT services offered by Brand Boost International Digital Marketing. The pages give general information to help you choose the right service — they are not a contract. By using the site you accept these terms.

Quotes and starting work

Every business has different goals, so we send a written quote after a short brief. Paid work starts only after you approve a written proposal or agreement that lists the services, markets, timeline and fees. Any change of scope is agreed in writing before we do the extra work.

Payments and ad budgets

Our fees and payment schedule are stated in your proposal. Advertising budgets for Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn or other platforms are paid by you directly to those platforms unless your proposal says otherwise, so you always stay in control of your ad spend.

Results

We work hard to bring you more visibility, enquiries and sales, and we report progress clearly. However, no honest agency can guarantee search rankings, AI citations, ad performance, follower growth or sales — results depend on your website, market, budget, competition and platform changes.

Your content, accounts and ownership

You confirm you have the right to share the logos, images, text and account access we need. You stay responsible for the claims you ask us to publish. Ownership and hand-over of the designs, website content and campaign assets we create are set out in your proposal. Wherever possible, ad accounts, Google Business Profile and analytics are set up in your business name.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and reports private and use them only to deliver your project. We never sell your data. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal data.

Pausing or ending work

Monthly services can be paused or ended with the notice period stated in your proposal. Work already completed up to that date is billed as agreed, and we hand over your files and access.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to send spam, break the law, or access admin or server areas you were not given. We may decline work that needs fake reviews, fake followers, misleading claims or anything against platform policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and your signed proposal takes priority for any paid project.
